Terms of Service
Plain-language terms. Last updated October 2026.
The service
Binoguio Guides is a second-screen app for gamers: short, step-by-step guides you follow while you play. The guides are unofficial fan content. Binoguio Guides is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game developer or publisher.
Accounts
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for anything done through your sign-in. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu; deleting removes your progress, favorites and unlocks for good.
Purchases
Each game costs $2.99, one time. A single unlock opens every chapter of that game's guides, and every guide starts with at least chapter 1 free (longer guides open up to 3) so you can try the format first. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
Lifetime access
"Lifetime" means for as long as the product exists. If a guide or the whole service ever shuts down, that is the end of the access period, and any shutdown will be announced on the site first.
Refunds
If a purchase isn't right, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. Requests are handled through Stripe, our payment processor: email contact@binoguioguides.online or use the support link on the receipt Stripe emailed you, and we will sort it out. A refund revokes access to the unlocked guide. We can turn down a request that looks like abuse (say, a refund asked for after the whole guide was read), but a genuine problem within the 14 days gets your money back.
No warranty
The guides are provided as is. We write and check every step, but we do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete or up to date: games change, and a patch can make a step outdated. Follow the steps with your own judgment.
Changes
If these terms or the pricing change, the change applies from the moment it is published here, and it never affects purchases you already made.
